Updated Wishlist

Friday, May 30, 2014

A while ago, I gave you a post entitled 'My Wishlist' which told you which products I really wanted to try out. Fast forward a few months and I've purchased  a few of them, stopped wanting some of the products and there are one or two that I'm still waiting for. Because of that, I thought I'd bring you an updated version,  so you can see what beauty products I currently want.

1. Maybelline BB cream- £6.99
I find it really hard to believe that I haven't tried a BB cream before, but it's true. I guess since I've been content with my current skin routine, I haven't felt the need to try anything new. You guys know that I'm a huge fan of light coverage when it comes to foundation and I don't like wearing too much, so I think this would be an ideal product for me. I picked Maybelline's as the one I wanted as it's been recommended to me by friends and other bloggers.

2. Urban Decay Naked 2 palette- £37
I still really want a Naked 2 palette as it's got gorgeous shadows. Although I previously wanted the original Naked palette, I don't know whether I'd be daring enough to wear the blue shades towards the end of the palette. The naked 3 palette isn't for me as I don't usually wear pink based colours on my eyes, but the shades in the naked 2 are perfect for me. Despite wanting this, I probably won't end up getting it because it's quite expensive and I can only wear eyeshadow on the weekends, so it probably wouldn't be worth it.

3. Rimmel Stay Blushed- £4.49
I was so close to buying this when I went shopping the other day, but they didn't have the colour I wanted. This is a blush pigment, where you just put a bit on your finger and dab it onto your cheeks. Simple, right? I vaguely remember my mum using this on me years ago and it turned out really nice so I'd like to buy one for myself.

4. MUA Eye Primer- £1.50
Another product I was going to buy when I went shopping but this one I forgot to pick up. I don't own a primer and I always notice my eyeshadow start to wear away, especially if I'm exercising (if your wondering why I exercise in makeup, we have to wear it for dance shows). Since I haven't tried one before and I don't know whether it'll be good or not, I don't want to splash out on a really expensive one. MUA sell this one for virtually nothing so I'd really like to try it out.

5. Maybelline Baby Lips- £2.99
I don't know why but I still haven't tried these yet! They've been out for ages but I've never got around to buying one. From what I've heard they're supposed to be really nourishing and smooth on the lips, and the packaging is super cute. They come in a variety of different colours and flavours, some being tinted whereas others are clear. I really want to try one of these!

6. Rimmel wake me up concealer- £5.49
The only concealer I own is the collection one, which I absolutely adore, but I think I want to branch out and try a new one once it's empty. I have the foundation that matches this and it's really nice so I'm hoping to try this one sometime soon. I've heard it's great at covering blemishes and dark circles and lasts for quite a while, which is everything that I'm looking for in a concealer!

There you go, my updated wishlist. If there are any products that you think I should try out or I'd really like, just let me know down in the comments!
